I was installing a job for a client the other day, and she began to show me a room that had these old quilt's in it. Then she explained that her grandmother had done all the quilt's and the age of them. All the tiny stitch amazed me, the work that went into these made me feel so inspired. Looking around in another part of the room she showed me the old peddle machine that she had used to sew her quilt piece's together on, an on the machine was a quilt square one of the last she had put together. The story of it all touched my heart and wanted to share it with everyone.
Since I do quilting, my opinion is biased, but it is amazing to see the work that goes into a quilt. Even if the style isn't your taste, you have to look at the beauty of the work in itself.
